1. Definitions

Seller: N A R-J I S S, operating under the webshop name.

Customer: The individual or legal entity placing an order on the webshop.

Agreement: The purchase agreement between the Customer and the Seller, concluded via the webshop.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the N A R-J I S S webshop, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Offer

We strive to present products and services as accurately as possible. Typographical and pricing errors are reserved. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Agreement

An order is considered final once payment is fully received.

N A R-J I S S reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of fraud, abuse, or other valid reasons.

5. Prices

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be shown during the checkout process.

Payment must be completed in full and on time for the order to be processed.

7. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary. Delays caused by the carrier are beyond the responsibility of N A R-J I S S.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies to all products sold through the webshop. Damage caused by misuse or external factors is excluded from warranty.

9. Liability

N A R-J I S S is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount the Customer paid for the specific order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of N A R-J I S S and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or any other use of these materials without the prior consent of N A R-J I S S is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes arising from the use of the webshop are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
