Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase without providing a reason. After notifying us of your intention to return the product, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

The product is unused.

The product is in its original packaging.

The product shows no signs of damage.

The product has no odors or signs of use.

3. Exceptions
Non-returnable items:

Items where the return period has expired.

Products that have been worn or used.

Products that have been damaged by the customer.

Sale products 

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

5. Refund
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Product
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, at info@nar-jiss.com
